About returns.
1. We do our best to provide the best service to our customers.
2. If you return an item within 15 days of receipt for any reason, we will refund you. However, the buyer should ensure that the returned item is in its original condition. If the item is returned damaged or lost, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss and we will not give the buyer a full refund. Buyer shall attempt to recover the cost of the damage or loss by filing a claim with the logistics company.
3. We will cover shipping costs for returns caused by quality issues, and the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item for non-quality issues.
About warranty and maintenance.
1. We offer 15 days free replacement. Buyer can request a replacement within 15 days of your receipt of the product. The buyer shall return the product to us in its original condition and shall be responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
2. We also provide one year of free repair. The buyer shall return the product to us in its original condition and shall bear the return shipping costs. If any parts need to be replaced, the buyer shall also pay the cost of the replacement parts.
3. Before returning the product, please confirm with us the return address and logistics method. After you give the item to the logistics company, please send us the tracking number. Once we receive the item, we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.
