Wow!! For someone that has healing loss, the sound is amazing. Very comfortable to wear. They sent replacements for the ear plugs. I will need more of the smallest ones. Now just to see how durable they are. I travel a lot and will have them out several times a week so I will test them. So far I love them and plan on buying more.

Great sound, much sturdier built than es4, which I had before these. The casing around the cord ends sits snugly around the ear buds. The metal gets scratched but I honestly like that look more than the shiny new chrome look
